If the sizing, you have selected is not quite right we can set up an exchange for you to get the right size in your hands! Just follow these steps:

The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense
Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for is our flat rate fee of $12 for Australian packages and $25 for International packages
The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. We will inspect the return before we issue an exchange
Exchanges must be applied for within 14 days from the delivery date of your package
Northboy Streetwear reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions

SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except during public holidays when there may be extra delays. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during sale periods.
The delivery times provided by Northboy Streetwear are estimates only. Northboy Streetwear will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Deliveries can take longer to reach some rural areas.
LIABILITY
Australia Post will attempt to get a signature on delivery, however all drivers are instructed to leave deliveries at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Northboy Streetwear takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, you may prefer your order delivered to an alternate address.
